SHIPPING POLICY
Hillsboro Hobby Shop ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Online orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to processed before it is shipped. We do not ship to PO, FPO and AFO address. For the purpose of security and fraud prevention we require that shipping address must match billing address. Standard delivery arrives in 5- 7 business days. Expedited delivery is available at additional charge during checkout.
Tracking Delivery
You will receive an email containing the tracking number after the order is dispatched. You can also find the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.
Delivery Issues
If the shipper makes multiple delivery attempts and the customer wasn't available to receive merchandise during those attempts or if the customer refuses the shipment then the customer would have following remedy available,
- If the customer doesn't want the merchandise then we will cancel the order and provide customer a refund minus the shipping charges
- If the customer wants the merchandise then the customer would have to provide a prepaid shipment label
RETURN POLICY
Hillsboro Hobby Shop is committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their purchase and service. As part of this commitment, returns are accepted up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. Hillsboro Hobby Shop will only refund merchandise if it is in original wrapper, with no open boxes. No return on electronics / batteries. Returns are for shop credit only. Defective Material: Contact Manufacture. If merchandise is not in its original condition or is returned without RMA number, the return will not be accepted and will be returned at the expense of the customer. Only one RMA can be created per order. Upon issuance of RMA, customer is allowed up to 2 weeks to return the merchandise. If the merchandise is not received by us during this time frame, the RMA will be considered void and no future return can be initiated for same item(s). All labels and tags must remain intact in order to return the merchandise along with any accompanying materials that were originally included. Customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise at their own cost. Customer can choose any carrier they wish to use. If the return is due to a mistake on Hillsboro Hobby Shop part then we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label.

Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the purchase. Original shipping, handling, and/or other charges are not included in the refund. If an account was not originally created at the time of purchase, create an account using the same email used to make the purchase. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 7 business days to process the refund. For the credit to be reflected in your account, allow up to 2 weeks.
Cancel an Order
Once an order is shipped, you may not cancel your order; however, returns may be initiated.
