The Neptune Mission model depicts a Ukrainian R360 Neptune missile system firing a cruise missile at the Russian cruiser Moskva. The missile hits the ship, sinking it. The mechanism of the model is very simple: one gear moves both missile and cruiser towards each other. A sliding guide hole causes the rear of the cruiser to sink. In creating this model, Ugears designers and engineers were inspired by real events on the night of April 13-14, 2022.
